To say I’m excited about attending SES-Toronto this year would be quite the understatement. I can’t wait - it’s definitely going to be an unforgettable experience, and Jay and I will do our best to share as much of the experience with you as possible.
Today I thought I’d give you a rundown of the sessions I’m most looking forward to attending on June 11th (the first day) and why.
Site Clinic - 10:45 - 12:00 PM
In this Clinic, participants from the audience have their sites reviewed by the panel and discussions are made via what can be done to improve the site. I’m really hoping to get one of my sites reviewed by the panel. That’s probably not going to happen, but it’d be great if I get lucky!
Big Ideas for Small Sites & Small Budgets - 1:15 - 2:30
Since I’m developing websites part-time, my budgets will always be relatively small. This session will be geared toward promoting sites in the search engines on a limited budget. Info that will definitely be handy!
Linkbaiting and Widgets: Viral Bag o’ Tricks - 4:30 - 5:45
This session is all about linkbaiting and viral marketing techniques, and features Rand Fishkin of SEOMoz as one of the speakers. I really want to branch out more into this area of promotion, so hopefully these session gives me the information to get a leg up on starting.
Stay tuned for more coverage leading up to, during, and after SES-Toronto , by yours truly!
Good Profits.
