Who knew you couldn’t sue Google when your ranking dropped.

Kinderstart’s case against Google has been dismissed by the Judge presiding over the case. Furthermore he also gave Google the option of pursuing a motion of sanctions against the Plaintiff and his Attorney for claiming that Google offered the top spot in their engines sold to the highest bidder, without any real proof.
If you haven’t heard of this case already, basically the company was claiming Google singled them out and lowered their rankings maliciously because they were a competitor. A fanciful claim at best…furthermore not something you can exactly prove. Google will never admit it, but I bet there might just be some sort of filter on Kinderstart’s page now!
