Sorry guys, this is another shameless review on our part to get a linkback. This time from John Chow. Like Tyler, we mention his blog all the time and I figure we should get some love back from a review. :)

So now we have that out of the way, let’s talk about John’s Blog! In case you’ve been living under a rock for the past six months or so, John Chow is a Vancouver-based online publisher. He’s very successful at what he does, and I wouldn’t even be able to guess what his income is. Last month he made $7000 US on his blog alone, and it’s not even his main site.
I used to be an avid reader of John’s blog. It was in my lineup of daily sites to visit. However, lately it’s been clogged with so many Review Me’s, I don’t visit it on a daily basis anymore. John still has a lot of good stuff to say, so it’s still worth an occasional visit for me to pick out the good posts and read over them.
That being said, I can’t really blame him. Someone offers you a good chunk of money to post reviews on your site…kind of hard to say no. I honestly don’t think I can say that I would have said no, if put in his position. Jay still feels that all the reviews are going to negatively affect his blog traffic. I disagree, but since John posts his stats and earnings every month…we’ll find out soon enough.
In summary, John Chow is: (a) Evil, (b) Very Successful Online Publisher, (c) Still worth the read, since he has some great things to say. So check out his blog if you haven’t already!
